Reporting from mydomaine.com, Tuesday (13/12/2016), the journal BMC Medicine recently published a report combining data from 20 prospective studies that analyze the relationship between the nuts with one's health. The result?
The New York Times found it alarming, people who frequently eat nuts may reduce the risk of cancer by 15%, heart disease by 21%, coronary heart disease by 29%, breathing by 52%, and diabeter by 75%, compared to the who rarely ate nuts.
The next big question is how much of nut consumption required to achieve these results? A study advise you to consume at least one ounce of nuts a day.
Proved that intake of higher bean can reduce triglycerides and cholesterol in the blood, because it is high in fiber, antioxidants, and unsaturated fats, said Dagfinn Aune, author and principal researcher at Imperial College London.
If you do not have a peanut allergy, it does not hurt to try, right?
